Reiki Healing with Chakra Balance

Reiki is the key to unlocking the vitality of life when we have lost some of our spark and have become depleted of energy. Reiki releases stagnant energy and enhances our vibration to benefit our physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual state of health and well-being. There are no contra-indications to receiving Reiki, therefore it is safe for all.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive treatment which can be received in a variety of settings, alongside any prescribed medication or treatments.

During your Reiki treatment, you will remain fully clothed in a warm and tranquil environment. We will begin with a conversation which may be as brief or as detailed as you wish. I will ask you to have a small drink of water. While you are standing I will scan your aura and electromagnetic field without touching you. Whilst receiving Reiki, lying on a couch, you may feel heat transmitting from my hands as they hover above your body, or an awareness of the area I am covering. Some people will just feel relaxed and nothing more. Helping to shift energy blockages in the body I will focus on the Chakra areas. Chakras refer to various energy centres in your body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs.

Reiki will benefit you even if your mind is busy, it is likely that you will drift into a relaxed state as the session progresses. With a higher vibration, you are likely to experience a greater abundance of joy, good health and beneficial circumstances.

Reiki Distance Healing

For people who are unable to get to the therapy room it is possible to send Reiki energy healing as a distance treatment. I require a photograph or image of the client which can be emailed to me, followed by a telephone call. Alternatively a face to face treatment via the internet is also possible, In either scenario you will be sitting in a comfortable chair or lying down. It is really important to have totally uninterrupted time.

Touch for Health Kinesiology

Touch for Health Kinesiology is a system of natural health care which combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine theory to assess energy and body function. It applies a range of gentle yet effective techniques to enhance health, well-being and vitality.

Following a consultation, you will lie on a couch, remaining fully clothed apart from shoes and jewellery. Kinesiology is a non-intrusive therapy and I use gentle muscle testing, normally on an arm or a leg, to identify and address imbalances in your body. Any imbalances will be readdressed using light hands-on pressure to lymphatic points and reflexes and acupressure points.

Touch for Health Food Sensitivity Testing

You are lying, fully clothed, on a couch while I help identify foods which enhance your energy and ones that don’t! This treatment does not test for allergy but a range of food samples are presented alongside muscle testing to help determine which your body responds to positively or negatively.
